How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your home, the frequency of cleaning, your location and the level of service required. We’re a professionally managed service, so we’re not usually the cheapest option, but after your home visit you’ll receive a clear proposal with transparent pricing and no hidden costs.
Will I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes. Consistency is central to how we work. You’ll be assigned a regular cleaner who gets to know your home, plus a dedicated House Manager who oversees quality and communication.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
That’s entirely up to you. Most clients provide secure access instructions and we clean while they’re out. We lock up when we leave.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is vetted, trained and fully insured, and every future cleaner enters through the same vetting. We also use the same trusted, pet- and family-friendly products across every home for consistency and safety.
What if something isn’t right?
Contact your House Manager and we’ll resolve it quickly. If something is not right, we make it right. And if you need to skip a week, just let us know, there are no penalties for occasional changes.
