What’s included in a regular clean?
Every regular clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and all floors. We work from a personalised checklist tailored to your home, so the focus areas are always right for you.
Is every package the same clean?
Yes. Every package covers the same full clean to your personalised checklist. The price changes with the size of your home, nothing else.
Which package is my home?
Count bedrooms and bathrooms and find your row. If your home straddles two rows (say, 3 bedrooms but 3 bathrooms), the free home visit settles it; bathrooms take real time, so they can move a home up a row.
What will my first clean cost?
Your first visit is a full-home deep clean, quoted separately at the home visit, because it is a different job: it sets the standard every regular visit maintains.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of your home and the package you choose. A typical 3-bedroom clean takes around 2 to 3 hours. We focus on quality, not rushing.
Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?
Oven and fridge cleans are available as add-ons to any regular package. Just let your House Manager know and we’ll include them in your plan.
Can I change my cleaning schedule?
Absolutely. Just let your House Manager know and we’ll adjust your frequency or skip a visit. There are no penalties for changes.
What products do you use?
We supply everything needed for your clean, using the same trusted products across every home for consistency and safety. All products are pet, family & septic-friendly, and chosen to be safe for both our staff and your property.
Do I need to be home?
That’s entirely up to you. Most clients provide secure access instructions and we clean while they’re out. We lock up when we leave.
