1. About Us
These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Oscar White Pty Ltd (ABN 80 122 681 083), trading as Ranges Cleaning Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accepting a quote or engaging our services, you (“you”, “your”, “the client”) agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide residential cleaning services as outlined in your personalised cleaning plan or accepted quote. All services are performed by our trained, vetted, and fully insured team members.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless noted otherwise. We will provide at least 14 days’ written notice of any change to your regular cleaning rate.
4. Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of each invoice. We invoice weekly or fortnightly in line with your cleaning schedule. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to skip or reschedule a clean, please let your House Manager know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full quoted rate.
6. Access to Your Home
It is your responsibility to provide safe and clear access to your home on each scheduled cleaning day. If we are unable to access the property at the arranged time, the visit will be charged at the full quoted rate.
7. No Lock-In Contracts
There are no lock-in contracts. If you would like to end your regular service, simply let your House Manager know with at least 7 days’ notice.
8. Products and Equipment
We supply all cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities (for example, related to allergies or health conditions), let us know and we will accommodate where possible.
9. Our Responsibility and Insurance
All team members are fully insured, vetted, and background checked. If something is damaged during a clean, please notify your House Manager within 24 hours and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value covered by our insurance policy.
10. Your Responsibilities
You agree to ensure the property is safe for our team to work in, to secure any valuables or fragile items of particular concern, and to inform us of any hazards, pets, alarm systems, or special access requirements.
11. Privacy
Any personal information you provide is used only to deliver and manage your cleaning service. We do not share your details with third parties. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to active clients in writing and will take effect 14 days after notification.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
