Every regular clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and all floors. We work from a personalised checklist tailored to your home, so the focus areas are always right for you.
It depends on the size of your home and the package you choose. A typical 3-bedroom clean takes around 2 to 3 hours. We focus on quality, not rushing.
Oven and fridge cleans are available as add-ons to any regular cleaning package. Just let your House Manager know and we will include them in your plan
Absolutely. Just let your House Manager know and we will adjust your frequency or skip a visit. There are no penalties for changes.
We supply everything needed for your clean. We use the same trusted products across every home for consistency, quality, and safety. All products are pet, family & septic friendly, and chosen to be safe for both our staff and your property.
That is entirely up to you. Most clients provide secure access instructions and we clean while they are out. We lock up when we leave.
